  1. What are the odds of any side effect occurring? What are the odds of a severe side effect occurring? How does this compare to the risk of death from wild virus?

  1. What is the most severe adverse event you've had a patient experience after receiving this vaccine? What is the most common?

  1. What is the worst-case scenario outcome for this vaccine according to the package insert or VAERS data? Do you know about how many VAERS reports there are describing death following this vaccine?

  1. How recently has a VAERS report been submitted for this vaccine and how severe have the recent VAERS reports been?

  1. How many VAERS reports have you personally filed in your career?

(If none: do you follow up with your patients to ensure to concerning symptoms or events followed?)

  1. Will my child be tested for antibodies or immunity before deciding on additional doses? Why would I default to the one-size-fits-all schedule instead of ensuring my baby, as an individual, is responding appropriately?

  1. Can you guarantee that this vaccine will not cause neurodevelopment delays, sensory processing issues, or autoimmune disease? What are the non specific or long-term risks that have been associated with this vaccine?

  1. Was this specific vaccine was tested against a true saline placebo during the clinical trial? What were the outcomes?

(Not an aluminum placebo or another vaccine, but saline only)

  1. Do you have any unvaccinated patients? Have you ever suggested a child not be vaccinated due to increased family or genetic risks of adverse events?

(If not, have you ever wished that you did?)

  1. When you have a patient that experiences an adverse event after vaccination - how do you continue with the vaccine schedule?

  1. Can you provide the full vaccine package insert, walk me through the ingredients and their function, and review all the possible adverse events and risks with me?

  1. How do you personally distinguish between coincidence and causation in post-vaccination adverse events?

  1. Can you provide any long-term health outcome studies comparing fully vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children?

  1. Do you have any concern about the growing CDC vaccine schedule? How many vaccines did infants receive when you started your practice? How has that changed?

  1. Would you say you've noticed an increase in asthma, allergies, autoimmune, skin conditions, ADHD or IBS that align with the trending national statistics?

  1. If my child were to develop an adverse condition shortly after vaccination (fever, regression, seizures), how would you report and investigate it? Would you be willing to connect it to the vaccine publicly?

  1. Are you under any professional pressure (insurance, licensing, peer review boards) to maintain a certain vaccination rate among your patients?

  1. Should it be necessary, can you explain how the CDC’s vaccine injury compensation program works? Have any of your patients ever filed a claim?

  1. Even if it turns out to be nothing, how frequently would you say parents reach out to you with concern following vaccination? What do they normally describe? How do you respond?
